These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zorixdesigns.com (the "Site") and any website design, development, SEO, or related services ("Services") provided by Zorix Designs. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Zorix Designs provides custom website design, development, on-page and local SEO, and related digital services for lawn care and landscaping businesses. Specific project scope, timelines, and deliverables for paid engagements are agreed separately in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

Booking & Discovery Calls

Booking a free discovery call does not create a binding service agreement. A project begins only once both parties agree on scope, price, and timeline.

Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and deposit requirements are outlined in each client's proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause project work until resolved.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing timely feedback, content, and approvals needed to keep a project on schedule
• Ensuring you have rights to any content, logos, or images you provide us to use
• Keeping login credentials for any provided tools or accounts secure

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website files created specifically for their project, excluding third-party assets, stock content, licensed fonts, or tools that remain subject to their own licenses. Zorix Designs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO and local SEO services are aimed at improving visibility and rankings over time, but search engine results depend on many factors outside our control, including competitor activity and algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or lead volume.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorix Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
